This page gives the notation required by the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for KASANE's paid plans (monthly plan and yearly plan).

Terms of sale

Contact	Through the Service's contact form. Requests for the address, telephone number and name of the person responsible are accepted through the same form.
Price	Monthly plan: 10,000 JPY (tax included). Yearly plan: 100,000 JPY (tax included).
Additional charges	None. Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer.
Payment method	Credit card (payment processor: Stripe, Inc.)
Payment timing	The first payment is made at the time of application. After that, you are charged automatically on each renewal date.
Delivery time	Available immediately after payment is completed.
Automatic renewal	The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year on the same terms unless you cancel. For the yearly plan, we send an email at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Free trial	The first 3 tasks you use are free. No payment information is required.
Cancellation	You can cancel at any time from the settings screen (/settings/billing), which leads to the Stripe management page. You will not be charged from the next renewal date. You can keep using the Service until the end of the period already paid for.
Returns and refunds	Because this is a digital service, fees already paid are not refunded. No prorated refund is given if you cancel the yearly plan partway through the year. You can use the Service until the end of the period. If the Service has a defect, please contact us through the contact form.
System requirements	The latest versions of major browsers

Displayed prices include consumption tax. The Built-in AI has daily and monthly usage limits.
